What is IUI?

Intrauterine insemination (IUI), also known as artificial insemination, is a medical procedure used to help individuals or couples with fertility issues become pregnant. During IUI, sperm is carefully placed directly into the woman’s uterus to increase the chances of fertilization.   • The sperm is placed near the egg for maximize fertilizations probability.
